CLAPHAM Lynn (nee Hunter) Passed away peacefully on 10th May, aged 62 years, in hospital with her two loving sons by her side. Much loved mum to Lee and Gavin, loving daughter to Ken, loving mother-in-law to Roxanne and Stephen, dearly loved nana to Layla and Leo, loving sister, auntie, and a dear friend to many. Funeral service Tuesday 31st May at 10:50am at Nab Wood Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Lynn may be made to Macmillan Cancer Support. A box will be available at the funeral.
