SWANN Donald Patrick, OBE Born and lived in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Former Principal Youth and Community Officer for Huddersfield and Bradford (Retired 1979). Life Member of Honley Male Voice Choir. Died at The Lawn Care Home, Alton, Hampshire on 5th April 2022, aged 100 years. Much loved husband of the late Jean (nee Short). Father of Ian and Janet. Father-in-law of Cathy. Cherished grandpa and great-grandpa. Donations, in lieu of flowers will benefit either the Bradford Youth Players or Friends of The Elderly.
