HUNT Donald The family of the late Donald would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and condolences and for the generous donations received in memory of Donald to The Macmillan Nurses and The Salvation Army. Thank you also to Dr Brown and staff at the BRI and also to Calderdale Royal. Special thanks are extended to Captain Wayne Price and his wife Rachel for their wonderful and uplifting service and to all who attended, it was much appreciated. Finally to Arthur Holdsworth Ltd for their efiicient funeral arrangements.
