PORTER Maurice Susan and Gordon, Geoffrey and Beverley and families wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours and congregation at St. Michael and All Angels, Cottingley, for their kind expressions of sympathy, messages and cards of condolence and charitable donations received in their sorrow. Special thanks are extended to the Rev Gary and his wife Rev Helen Hodgson, Rev Tim Lewis, Rev Bill Holliday, Rev Jackie Waterman and the choir at St. Michael and All Angels Church for their love and support and to the doctors and staff of Saltaire Medical Centre for their care and kindness.
