BLACKBURN David Charles Theresa and the family of the late David Charles Blackburn, would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and former work colleagues for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and messages of condolence received during their sad bereavement, also for their attendance at the funeral service and generous donations to H.O.D.U. Special thanks to the minister Ruth Crompton for the beautiful service at Silsden Methodist Church which helped to make the service so personal to our family, special thanks also to the medical staff at Airedale Hospital and Andrew at Jacksons of Silsden for his professional services.
