Morrisons is to spend £100 million on promotions to woo ‘bruised’ consumers in the cut-throat Christmas shopping market.
The Bradford retailer, which has 470 stores, will spend the money on price cuts and promotions in the run-up to Christmas as it joins battle with its rivals Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda.
