An expanding Bradford restaurant business is creating new jobs by branching out into ready-made meals production for supermarket giant Asda.
The family-owned Zouk Tea Bar and Grill business was given the chance to diversify after an approach from the retail giant, which had been watching the award-winning firm’s progress.
And the firm has announced plans to open new restaurants and a chef academy.
