SOCIAL housing provider Incommunities has expanded through the addition of another West Yorkshire landlord group.

Shipley-based Incommunities said the addition of Huddersfield-based Sadeh Lok to the group would provide an improved range of services. The deal has been approved by the boards of both organisations along with the Homes and Communities Agency.

Geraldine Howley, Incommunities group chief executive, said: “This partnership represents an excellent fit which will bring significant benefits for both organisations. Incommunities has a great range of services and expertise that we can bring to this new partnership with our colleagues from Sadeh Lok.

“It also gives us the opportunity to grow our business, broaden our customer base and deliver enhanced value for money in key operating services.” such as gas servicing and maintenance.

Penny Gilyard, Sadeh Lok acting chief executive, added: “Our two organisations share similar values and a strong commitment to improving the lives of our customers through the services we provide.

“Forming this partnership with Incommunities creates exciting opportunities to broaden the range of services available to our customers.” It will bring mutual benefits for both organisations, for example, through sharing expertise and development opportunities.”
