MIK Rhodes has joined Bradford-based Thorite, the UK’s largest independent distributor of pneumatic products and process systems, as pneumatic applications manager.

Mr Rhodes, from Bradford, has 20 years’ experience in pneumatic equipment design and project management and for the last eight years he worked for major pneumatics equipment manufacturer SMC.

The 49-year-old will start at Thorite’s Huddersfield sales and service centre, but will move to the company’s new Bradford head office once new premises have been found to cope with recent expansion.
