CARLISLE Business Centre in Bradford is celebrating its new superfast broadband service.
Home to more than 80 businesses, charities and social enterprises, the centre now offers a dedicated 1gb capacity fibre backbone and high-speed Wi-Fi solution, accessible throughout the business centre.
The improved service was made possible through the government-funded Superconnected Cities scheme run in partnership with Leeds and Bradford councils to promote businesses upgrading their existing broadband to superfast connections.
Sam Keighley, chief executive at Carlisle Business Centre, says: “I am thrilled that we have been able to introduce this improved service to our tenants. The upgraded, faster broadband service will benefit not only our tenants but also all visitors to the centre through improved wireless connection. There are a number of improvements planned for CBC over the next few months and it’s great to get the first improvement up and running.”
