IT’S cheers to a new craft beer shop in Shipley which sells drinks, art and music for sale.
The Triangle, based in Bradford Road, has opened its doors in the town and is run by co-owners Gavin Hird and Harry Wheeler.
It will initially stock around 140 different craft beers from around the world – but is already looking to expand its range.
Tasty drinks from Saltaire and Ilkley Brewery’s collections will be stocked alongside craft beers from across Europe and the USA.
The shop’s tagline is ‘art, beer and curiosities’ as it will also have art pieces on sale from artists Oliver Nielson and Yan Wang.
It hopes to feature other local artists in the future to promote the district’s creative scene.

The Triangle, which opened to customers on March 18, will have its official opening on Saturday, March 28. The event, from noon to 11pm, will feature live music and a calligraphy workshop from Yan Wang.
It will also stock music including vinyl records.
Mr Hird, who was born in Shipley, is looking to hear from customers on what other global beers they could look s stock.
He said: “The shop is a bit eccentric.
"We have already got a lot of interest in it and had some positive trade and feedback from people.
“We have both developed an interest in craft beer. I’m a big beer lover myself, so we will be selling beers from around the world.
“It’s good to provide a space like this in Bradford, to support the district – and also Shipley.
“We are starting with 140 beers and seeing if we can extend our range.
“All of the beers are on display and we also have an art gallery as we'll will also be looking to support the local art scene.
"We have two gallery spaces.
“I was born in Shipley and have lived here all my life.
“We will also look to provide space for community eventsevents in the community above the shop.
“If anyone has any suggestions of beers that we could supply, then we will try and service these, too.
“There is just the two of us working here at the moment.
“I’m quietly confident we have a market for our shop in Shipley. We have got to adapt to the market.
“We want to offer craft beer at a little bit cheaper." We will offer a really good range of beers too.
“We will also be selling music in the shop, including vinyl records.”
