A NEW smartphone app could be just the ticket for Keighley bus passengers.

Transdev has launched M-tickets, which enable people to purchase a ticket via their phone before they go travelling.

The app can be downloaded for iPhone and Android smartphones free from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Richard Jackson, Transdev development director, said: “We’ve introduced M-tickets across our network to offer a more convenient service to our customers.

“We appreciate that it’s not always possible to have the right change when catching a bus – now you don’t need to!”
