A Bradford-based commercial lawyer advised a UK chemical and pharmaceutical equipment maker on the sale of the business to a Swedish group.
Duncan Firman, pictured, of Gordons’ Bradford corporate team, acted for Corrosion Resistant Products, based at Littleborough, near Rochdale, which has been acquired by the Indutrade group in a £10 million deal.
CRP manufactures and distributes fluoropolymer-lined equipment for the bulk chemical, fine and speciality chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Its products include lined piping and expansion bellows and other equipment for customers requiring the highest levels of corrosion performance from their manufacturing plant.
CRP will be part of Indutrade’s special products business division.
Duncan Firman worked with Jonathan Asquez, assisted by Daniel O’Connell, from Gordons corporate team, in advising CRP.
