A Bradford healthcare equipment manufacturer is hoping to build on the success it achieved last year at a major Middle East trade fair by returning to the event next week.
Park House Healthcare, which specialises in pressure relieving products, hospital beds and moving and handling systems, will exhibit a selection of its innovative products at Arab Health 2014 in Dubai.
The multi-award-winning company, based in Birkenshaw, will be demonstrating the Endeavour 3000 acute hospital bed which has been engineered to meet the nursing requirements of modern acute hospitals.
The bed can hold 260kg of weight, is simple to use with one button controls allowing more time for care and has synchronised movements to reduce the effects of friction and can be easily cleaned and decontaminated.
Park House – which won the Environmental Health And Social Care Business category at the 2013 T&A Bradford Means Business Awards – will also be exhibiting new mattress systems, designed for patients at very high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
Justin Oglesby, international business development manager, said: “We’re confident that Arab Health 2014 will be positive once again for Park House and we’re excited at the prospect of further international growth.”
