Development land across Bradford will feature at a property auction later this month.
A site at Rooley Crescent, off Rooley Lane, which has planning permission for 13 houses will go under the hammer at the next Eddisons sale on October 24 with a guide price of more than £140,000.
Full planning consent is also in place for 12 houses at a site on Crimshaw Lane in Shipley which has a guide price of £115,000-plus.
Also on offer will be a 0.42 acre site at Kiveton Walk, off Saffron Drive, in Allerton with outline consent for six semi-detached properties, which has a guide of £50,000-plus.
A cleared site off Wakefield Road with outline planning for two detached houses is also available with a guide price of £20,000 plus.
Auctioneer Tony Webber said: “At our last auction development land proved popular, which suggested improvements in market conditions, so I am optimistic these will generate plenty of interest among developers.”
Other lots include a modern three-storey detached property in Wibsey which has significant structural movement. This is reflected in the guide price of about £20,000.
Commercial stock includes a two-storey workshop/printing premises of more than 5,600 sq ft on Low Green Terrace in Bradford.
