CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 201* PROPOSED CAR PARKING CHARGES / REVISED CONDITIONS AT VARIOUS CAR PARKS IN THE BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce charges and/or conditions for parking at the off-street parking places at various locations in the Bradford Metropolitan District referred in the Schedule below. (The classes of vehicle allowed to use the places are motor cycle, motor car and invalid carriage and motor vehicles constructed or adapted solely for the carriage of goods but not exceeding 30 cwt in weight).

A copy of the draft Order together with maps showing the affected car parks and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
