Pursuant to the Trus­tee Act 1925 any per­sons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned de­ceased late of 19 Oxford Close, Ambler Thorn, Queensbury, Bradford, BD13 2BN who died on 5/6/2016 are required to send all particulars in writing to the under-signed solicitors on or before 3/1/2017 after which date the Execu-tors will proceed to dis-tribute the assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
