ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SHIBDEN HEAD LANE, QUEENSBURY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 605) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of installation of a new Yorkshire Water supply proposed to be executed on or nearShibden Head Lane, Queensbury intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along a length of Shibden Head Lane from a point at the side of No 69 Halifax Road to a point outside No 5 Shibden Head Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Shibden Head Lane (unaffected section), Brewery Lane, Halifax Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 15 November 2016 until 18:00 hours on 18 November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 3rd day of November 2016
