ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
CONISTON GROVE, HEATON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 604) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water works to water main proposed to be executed on or near Coniston Grove intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along the length of Coniston Grove from a point outside 2a Coniston Grove to a point outside 20 Smith Lane. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Coniston Grove (unaffected section), Wheatlands Drive, Smith Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 14 November 2016 until 18:00 hours on 18 November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 3rd day of November 2016
