NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 89 (BRADFORD NORTH) (PART)
OFF CARR BOTTOM ROAD GREENGATES BRADFORD
PUBLIC PATH (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2016
The above Order made on 20th October 2016 under Section 257 of the Town and Country PlanningAct 1990 will stop upthat length of Public Footpath No. 89 (Bradford North) located off Carr Bottom Road, Greengates, Bradford, West Yorkshire marked between points A-B by a bold black line on the map ref: 66666/T235/BN89_Orderplan annexed to the Order. A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73396 by Friday 25th November 2016. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
