NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr James Greenwood applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 13/10/2016 for a licence to use the premises at 37- 41 Westgate, Shipley, BD18 3QX for the sale by retail of alcohol/provision of regulated entertainment /provision of late night refreshment from 10am till 1am every day. Representations should be made in writing to Environment & Sport, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 11/11/2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Date 17/10/2016
