ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BACK FANNY STREET, SALTAIRE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 599) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of the installation of a new Yorkshire Water supply proposed to be executed on or near Back Fanny Street intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along that part of Back Fanny Street outside the rear of numbers 19 to 23 Edward Street.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed.
No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order is available.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 8th November until 18:00 hours on 10th November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of October 2016.
