ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SALTAIRE ROAD, ELDWICK TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 601) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water Repairs proposed to be executed on or near Saltaire Road, Eldwick intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along the length of Saltaire Road at the junction with Otley Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Saltaire Road (unaffected section), Glen Road, Sheriff Lane, Otley Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on 7th November 2016 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on 7th November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of October 2016
