ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SPRINGFIELD ROAD, LIDGET GREEN, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 602) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water repairs proposed to be executed on or near Springfield Road, Lidget Green intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along the length of Springfield Road outside numbers 21 to 27.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian Access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed .
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Springfield Avenue (unaffected section) Scholemoor Lane, Legrams Avenue, Lidget Avenue and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:00 on 7th November until 13:00 on 7th November (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of October 2016
