Notice of Application for Grant of Premises Licence under The Licensing Act 2003

IVEGATE LEISURE LTD applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 2nd October 2016 for a licence to use the premises at 62 Westgate, BD1 2QR, for the sale by retail of alcohol & provision of regulated entertainment 09.00 - 05.00 Mon - Sat and 09.00-00.00 Sun. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 30th October 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 10th October 2016
