NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Matthew Smith ‘The Rail Yard Limited’ applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 11.10.2016 for a licence to use the premises at 32 Wellington Street, Bingley, BD16 2NB for the provision of recorded music and the supply of alcohol. The proposed hours of operation are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun - 06:00-01:00 & Fri, Sat– 06:00-03:00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 08.11.2016.Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
