CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
CHURCH STREET, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 594) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water sewer repair works to be executed on or near Church Street, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed along the length of Church Street at the junction of Trinity Place.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrian access, emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Church Street (unaffected section), Leonard Street, John Escritt Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 24th October and remains in force until 29th October (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 13th day of October 2016
