ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
HEDGE WAY, DAISY HILL, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 598) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water sewer repairs proposed to be executed on or near Hedge Way intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed from the eastern junction with Allerton Road to the junction with Hedge Side.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Hedge Way (unaffected section), Allerton Road and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into effect on 31st October until 5th November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
