WAKEFIELD CITY ACADEMY TRUST PLANNED AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME 2017-18
Wakefield City Academy Trust (WCAT) sponsors 21 academies in Yorkshire. As part of a review and reorganisation of capital works and maintenance services the Trust is seeking expressions of interest from companies able to offer statutory testing together with planned and preventive maintenance services for the following:
?Mechanical installations (including boilers, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, gas services, | pressurisation units, pumps and the like)
?Electrical services (including lighting, emergency) lighting, fire alarms, security alarms, PAT and
the like)
?Specialist installations (including lifts & hoists, roller shutter doors, roof vents, fixed playground equipment, workshop equipment, access equipment, tree safety and the like) Companies able to offer appropriate services for any of the above are invited to log onto www.wcatrust.org for further details and pre-qualification requirements.
