Notice of application for grant of premises licence under The Licensing Act 2003 - Mr Lee Fergus and Mr Richard Emsley on behalf of Wireless Bar Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 6/10/2016 for a licence to use the premises at 17 North Parade, Bradford, BD1 3JL for the sale of alcohol and the playing of recorded music - Sun - Thurs inclusive 11am - 11pm, Fri 11am - 1am the following morning, Sat 11am - 1am the following morning, for the playing of live music – Thurs and Fri 7pm - 11pm, Sat 12 noon - 3pm and 7pm - 11pm and Sun 2pm -5pm and for late night refreshment – Fri and Sat from 1pm - 1am the following morning. Representations should be made in writing to Environment & Sport, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 4/11/2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Mon to Thurs and 09.00-16.30 Fri. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5,000.
