LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that I/We The Station Tavern have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Station Tavern, 9 Railway St, Cleckheaton, BD19 3HR for Removal of upstairs bar and replace with new bar, making of music and dance, provision of late night refreshments and extension of opening hours to 2am Friday and Saturday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by xx/xx/xx. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
