ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 INSTALLATION OF A PUFFIN CROSSING FACILITY ON BRADFORD ROAD, MENSTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having consulted with the Chief Officer of Police and informed the Secretary of State in writing pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2)(a) and (c) of the said Act proposes to install a puffin crossing facility situated on Bradford Road, Menston 7 metres north of its junction with Barrowby Close, Menston Acopy of drawing number:- TDG/THN/103126/PC-1Ashowing the location of the proposed puffin crossing facility may be examined at the Customer Services Office, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and at Ilkley Library, Station Road, Ilkley, LS29 8HA. The documents can be made available in the form of braille, large print or recorded tape. Please contact the Property Commercial and Development Law Team at the address given below should you require access to the documents in one of these forms. If you wish to make comments upon the proposed pedestrian crossing you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 26th October 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/CEB/02729.
