ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 151 (BRADFORD NORTH) THORPE EDGE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 589) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable gas mains work to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 151 (Bradford North) Thorpe Edge has made the abovenamed Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 151 (Bradford North) Thorpe Edge from its junction with Sandholme Drive to its junction with Stonegate Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the Order are available via Sandholme Drive, Stonegate Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 17^th October 2016 and remains in force until 5^th November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 4^th day of October 2016
