CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 353 (BRADFORD NORTH) BARKEREND TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 585) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of carrying out redevelopment works to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Barkerend has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Barkerend from its junction with Avenham Way to its junction with New Otley Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the Order are available via Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Barkerend (unaffected section), Brookfield Road, New Otley Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 3rd October 2016 and remains in force until 3rd October 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 29th day of September 2016
