ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
REVA SYKE ROAD, CLAYTON, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 590) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to enable maintenance of a mast proposed to be executed on or near Reva Syke Road, Clayton intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Reva Syke Road, Clayton from a point outside Distant Future Animation Studio.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order is available.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 17th October 2016 and remain in force until 18th October 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 27th day of September 2016
