(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 32)
ORDER 2016 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 2016

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(SPEED LIMIT) (NO. 1) ORDER 2016 TRINITY ROAD AND LAISTERIDGE LANE BRADFORD

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 20th September 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:-
1. "Echelon Parking" and "Limited Waiting of 15 minutes (return prohibited within 30 minutes) Monday to Friday between 2pm and 5pm - between 1st Sept and 31st July" on lengths of Trinity Road;

2. "No Stopping on School Entrance Markings - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm- between 1st Sept and 31st July" on a length Trinity Road;

3. "No Waiting At Any Time" on lengths of Trinity Road and Laisteridge Lane, Bradford;

4 "One-Way" traffic flow on a length of Trinity Road; and

5. "20 miles per hour speed limit" on lengths of Laisteridge Lane and Trinity Road.
The Orders come into force on 26th September 2016 and copies of the Orders together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made (i.e. 20th September 2016) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
