NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Fakhr Osman applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 6th September 2016 for a licence to use the premises at Agata, 34 Collingwood Court, BD5 8BW for the sale by retail of alcohol from 08:00 - 23:00 Mon - Sun. Representations should be made in writing to Environment & Sport, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 3rd October 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday.
