NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Dunelm ( Soft Furnishings) Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on September 1st 2016 for a licence to use the premises at Dunelm, Sticker Lane , Bradford , BD4 8DN for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environment & Sport, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 29th September 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated September 1st 2016
