CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 20** HUDDERSFIELD ROAD BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce:-
1. 'prohibited right-turns' from Huddersfield Road (A641) south bound into Netherlands Avenue, Bradford and also from Huddersfield Road (A641) north bound (which is the vehicular exit from the Tesco Supermarket);

2. prohibited entries' from Netherlands Avenue into Huddersfield Road (A641), Bradford and also from Huddersfield Road (A641) north bound into Huddersfield Road (A641) south bound, Bradford; and

3. 'A mandatory left-turn' from Netherlands Avenue (lower section) into Huddersfield Road (A641), Bradford.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 23rd September 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73338. Dated: 2nd September 2016.
