CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 20** SACKVILLE STREET BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the "prohibition of driving" on a length of Sackville Street, Bradford. The proposed Order will be operational between 10pm and 8.00am Friday and Saturday evenings and on Bank Holiday Sunday from 10pm until 9.00am on Bank Holiday Monday
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected road and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 23rd September 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73330. Dated: 26th August 2016.
