Notice is here given that Gala Leisure Li m ited has appl i ed to C ity of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Licensing Authority for a variation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Gala Club,Tong Street, Bradford BD4 6BR under the Licensing Act 2003. The application is for the approva of an extension of the hours permitted for the provision of licensable activities on the premises to Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, entertainment similar to Music and Dance and Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 10:00am until 02:00am, provision of Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00pm until 02:00am and open­ing hours for the premises to be unre­stricted. On New Year's Eve permitted hours may continue from the end of licensable hours on New Year's Eve to start of hours on New Year's Day. An additional hour to the standard and non-standard timings for licensable activities is permitted on the day when British Summertime commences. Any person who wishes to raise a representation/submit comments to this application may do so by givi ng notice i n writi ng to the Licensi ng Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objec­tion on or before 14 September 2016.
