ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
WESTCLIFFE AVENUE, BAILDON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 577) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of the installation of a new water supply proposed to be executed on or near Westcliffe Avenue, Baildon intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along Westcliffe Avenue to the west of No 6 Westcliffe Avenue.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
No alternative route is available for this closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 07:30 hours on 30th August 2016 and remain in force for a period of approximately 12 VV hours until 20:00 hours on 30th August (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 18th day of August 2016
