ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
HUDDERSFIELD ROAD / COMMON ROAD, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 575) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas mains works to be executed on or near Huddersfield Road / Common Road has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall turn right into Common Road from Huddersfield Road or turn right into Huddersfield from Common Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Huddersfield Road (unaffected section), Abb Scott Lane, Common Road (unaffected section) and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 27th August 2016 and remain in force until 6th September 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 18th day of August 2016.
