ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BACK SYDNEY STREET BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 574) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to enable repairs to the sewer to be executed on or near Back Sydney Street, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Back Sydney Street from a point at the rear of No 19 Percy Street to a point at the rear of No 27 Percy Street.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Back Sydney Street (unaffected section), Belgrave Road, Percy Street, Mornington Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 22nd August 2016 and remains in force until 25th August 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 18th day of August 2016
