LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Five Guys JV Limited. Address of Premises: Five Guys, Unit 6, The Xchange, Charles Street, Bradford, BE1 1UN. Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a premises licence was made to The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) on 8 August 2016 to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 1000 and 0000 Mondays to Sundays, and late night refreshment indoors and outdoors between the hours of 2300 and 0000 Mondays to Sundays such activities being subject to the operational conditions offered in the full application. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at The Council, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW (www.bradford.gov.uk). Written representations can be made to the Council at any time up to and including 5 September 2016.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale.)
