ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BINGLEY MUSIC LIVE 2016 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 576) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied that the traffic on the roads specified below should be restricted or prohibited on the occasion of Bingley Music Live 2016 because of the likelihood of danger to the public and intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. No Waiting and No Loading on lengths of Park Avenue and Beech Street, Bingley;

ii. No Waiting and No Loading on lengths of Charles Street, Mornington Road, Chapel Lane, Midland Hill, Waterloo Road and Wellington Street, Bingley;

iii. No Stopping (Except for Buses) on lengths of Chapel Lane and Main Street, Bingley;

iv. No Stopping (Except for Taxis) on lengths of Bradford Road, Bingley;

v. Prohibition of Right Turn from private land off Aire Valley Road into Aire Valley Road, Bingley;

vi. Residents Parking Places on Charles Street and Mornington Road, Bingley; and

vii.Prohibition of "U" turn on Bradford Road between Ferncliffe Road and Leonard Street and on Main Street between Chapel Lane and Ferncliffe Road.
Essential access for emergency vehicles will be allowed.
The proposed Order will come into effect on the dates as follows: -
Item (i) above on Friday 19th August 2016 and remain in force until Friday
16th September 2016; and
Items (ii) to (vii) above on Friday 2nd September 2016 and remain in force for a period of three days. DATED: 11th August 2016
