Pursuant to the Trus­tee Act 1925 any per­sons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned de­ceased late of 2 Duchy Crescent, Bradford, BD9 5NJ who died on 14/9/2015 are required to send all particulars in writing to the under-signed solicitors on or before 12/10/2016 after which date the Execu-tors will proceed to dis-tribute the assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
