(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO)
ORDER CANAL ROAD AREA BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:- 1. “Pay and Display Parking Spaces (2 hours maximum stay allowed) operational Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and on Sunday between 11am and 5pm” on lengths of Valley Road and Bolton Road; 2. “Waiting limited to 4 hours (return prohibited within 4 hours) on all days and at all times” on a length of Captain Street; 3. “Waiting limited to 1 hour (return prohibited within 1 hour) Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and on a Sunday between 8am and 5pm” on a length of Bolton Road; 4. “Waiting limited to 30 minutes (return prohibited within 30 minutes) on all days and at all times” on a length of Stott Hill; 5. “Pay and Display Parking Spaces (2 hours maximum stay allowed) operational Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm” and “Pay and Display Parking Spaces (2 hours maximum stay allowed - except for permit holders) operational Monday to Friday between 4.30pm and 8pm; on Saturday between 8am and 8pm and on Sunday between 11am and 5pm” on lengths of Mill Street and Canal Road; 6. “Waiting limited to 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm” on a length of Wharf Street; 7. “Waiting limited to 10 minutes (return prohibited within 1 hour) Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and on Sunday between 11am and 5pm” on a length of Currer Street; 8. “No waiting at any time” on lengths of Stott Hill and Wharf Street; 9. “Parking Places for Disabled Persons – Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm” on lengths of Dale Street; 10. “Parking Places for Disabled Persons limited waiting of 4 hours (return prohibited within 4 hours) – at all times and on all days” on a lengths of Captain Street; 11. “Coach Parking Places” on a length of Piccadilly; and 12. “Police Vehicle Parking Places” on a length of Bridge Street”. A copy of the draft Order together with maps showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 26th August 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73071.
