CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER KINGS ROAD, CROSSFLATTS, BINGLEY
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a one way traffic flow (north east to south west) on a section of Kings Road, Crossflatts, Bingley.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and at Bingley Library, Myrtle Walk, Bingley
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 26th August 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/CEB/73317 Dated this 5th day of August 2016
