Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Plc has applied in respect of the Bold Privateer, 69 Wrose Road, Shipley, BD18 1HX for a variation to the premises licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to allow for:This is an application to extend the permission for live music on a Friday & Saturday from 10:00h until 00:00h (current permission from 10:00h until 23:00h) and also recorded music on a Friday & Saturday from 10:00h until 01:00h the following morning (current permission 0:00h until 23°00h).To also remove all of the embedded conditions listed under Annex 1. All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this applicaton. Representations to this apppplication must be made in writing, by end of 25th August 2016, to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Licensing Authority at Environmental & Regulatory Services, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers, Hal Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
